Supply Hut Policies & Procedures

We love happy customers! We want your experience at the Supply Hut to be exceptional. We also don't want to give you a big list of legal mumbo jumbo that nobody wants, or has time, to read. So let's try to keep this simple. When you receive your shipment, if you are unsatisfied with our game, let us know by clicking the Contact button on this page. Just explain the problem, add a phone number or email, and we will contact you to resolve the problem.

If we can't make you happy, or at least somewhat satisfied, we'll refund your money. All you have to do is return our game in the same condition you got it. Depending on the circumstances, we may pay for the return shipping.

If your order was damaged in shipping, refuse the order and contact us for a replacement. If you were not home to refuse the shipment, take a photo of the shipment in the condition it was delivered and contact us for a replacement.

All products ordered in a single order will be processed and shipped together to save you shipping costs.

Orders are normally processed and shipped within 48 hours of receipt of payment.

Sales tax is charged on all Washington State orders.
